Sony’s live TV streaming service arrives on the Apple TV.

Sony has brought its streaming TV service, Vue, to the Apple TV. Vue, much like similar services like Sling, allows you to watch both live and on-demand programming from channels like AMC, FX, and in some markets, local broadcast stations.

From Sony:

Starting today, Vue will be supported on Apple TV (4th generation), leveraging Apple TV’s latest hardware to create an innovative experience. You will be able to take advantage of Apple TV’s Siri Remote and easy navigation with touch, while enjoying Vue’s sleek look and feel. Vue brings popular programming to Apple TV, from live sports networks like ESPN and NFL Network, to premium channels like AMC, FX, HBO, and Showtime.

Plans for PlayStation Vue start at $29.99 per month, though if local broadcast streaming is available in your area, plans start at $39.99 per month. You’ll find PlayStation Vue on the Apple TV App Store right now.
