How to set up Activities through your iPhone

After syncing the Watch, you will have a chance to set up Activities through your iPhone.

Launch the Activities app from your iPhone’s Home screen.Tap Set up Activity.

Enter your personal information.

Launch the Activities app, tap set up activity and enter your personal information.

Tap Continue.Set your Daily Move Goal. You can use the plus and minus signs to adjust.

How to view your progress history

Tap the + and signs to change your move goal.

Tap Update.

How to adjust Activity notifications

Launch the Watch app from your iPhone’s Home screen.

Tap My Watch in the lower left corner.

Launch the Apple Watch app from your home screen and tap my watch.

Scroll down and tap Activity.

Toggle the Notification switches on or off, based on your preferences.

Tap activity and then tap the switches to turn notifications on or off.

If a notification is green, that means it is still on and connected to your Apple Watch.

How to view achievements

Launch the Activity app from your iPhone’s Home screen.Tap Achievements at the bottom of the screen. It looks like a star.

Tap on any Achievement symbol to see what it is.
