Pokemon GO, the long-awaited augmented reality mobile game based on the popular card and video game series, has started its worldwide rollout in the iOS App Store.
As of this article, the game is available in locations like Australia, New Zealand and Japan but it is expect to make its way to the App Store in Europe and North America later today. We will update this post when that happens.
Developed by Niantic Labs, Pokemon GO lets gamers use their smartphones to find Pokemon creatures in the real world. The game has been in closed beta testing for the past few months.
